• Missouri S&T contacts newspapers throughout Missouri when students from the circulation areas are on the dean’s or graduation lists. Reporters may also use the online lists (and sort by using filters) to gather and publish information for their areas.
  • Students who have restricted the release of directory information in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as university policy will not appear on the lists.
  • Students can make a temporary change to their privacy settings by going to Joe'ss.
  • Students should make changes one month before the end of the semester to guarantee they will be included in the honor roll or graduation lists.
